Today is Chinese New Year. Farewell Tiger and welcome Rabbit. Thank you for the upcoming year of grace, beauty, mercy and good luck. I’m looking forward to it. I thought I’d start off the new lunar year with a distillation of green tea. Although this green tea is from overseas, all future distillations will be from American grown green tea leaves.
