Frankincense Serrata, another staple of the boswellic family, is my indispensable travel companion whenever this Sagittarian decides to take flight. Frankincense serrata is more of a woody note and it rounds out the frankincense blend when making our Frankincense Revitalizing Body Wash. Truth be told, I add it a dishwashing soap I make as a purely selfish desire to ease the monotony of washing dishes. Being native to India, it is heavily in use traditional Ayurvedic treatments.
Suggested uses: blend a few drops in a carrier oil to apply to skin to assist healing or anti aging properties. May help with muscle soreness and fatigue when massaged into skin. Can be diffused in an essential oil diffuser to address anxiety. Use in meditation or anoint chakras as needed. Excellent addition to natural botanical perfume making to smooth out top notes.
