On February third, my dear friend and perfume mentor Douglas Stewart passed onto fragrant heavens. I have been heart broken and found myself at a loss to do anything much less my aromatic work. Doug’s passing is the end of an incredible era of great perfumery. He was the big secret behind so many who consider themselves the top of their game. Yet, he saw in me something worth passing his knowledge onto. All of it. I know he’s expecting to me to carry on with our projects as it was always assumed I would continue the legacy. Please bear with me as I get back to the work at hand. I will continue to release new aromatics and upgrade the some of the old ones into even finer top shelf products because it’s what you expect from me. It’s what Doug would have wanted as well.
